Our waitress Shar (not sure how to spell it) was INCREDIBLE. Kept a close eye on us, was so sweet, kind, and attentive.The food was good, too. Got the chicken tenders, and you get a free sauce on the side.Beer was good and cold.But mostly go for Shar.

The food was like any BWW. The service was terrible. Everyone seemed annoyed. It was extremely slow service. My drink sat empty for 20 minutes. You could see into the kitchen where all of the servers were sitting around talking. No one wanted to work. We went another 15 minutes to get our ticket so that we could pay. The table was dirty. Everything was sticky.

Restaurant almost empty, we are told a 30 minute wait to be seated....at 4:00 p.m.This restaurant doesn't like foreigners, you should let another brand set up there.... when you see your rating on Google it says it all.You are a disgrace to the Dallas airport!!

Closed almost a full hour before listed closing. Would not allow anyone in to sit at the bar for even just a drink. As a sports bar at an airport, one would think an establishment would remain open for drinks until the posted closing time. Apparently not.

Why do you have a 15 minute wait when you have plenty of time of open seating?
Food was good.Me and my two friends went up to order some wings to go on separate orders. The girl that took the orders (hispanic, super loud and obnoxious, long ish hair, didn’t get her name but i’m sure you’ll know) made us feel like an INCREDIBLE inconvenience for ordering food to-go. Tried to convince us to sit down and made us feel super awkward for saying no, and then very outwardly sighed and grimaced when we said they were all separate orders. I don’t appreciate feeling like an inconvenience at a restaurant I AM PAYING to eat at. Please tell that girl she cannot work in food service if she hates preparing food so much.

Ordered the nachos and added brisket. They were very good and fresh. The young man servicing everyone was very attentive and so nice. I can't remember his name but he had loced hair. He did a great job. I enoyed the food and the service.
Worts serviceI gave it 1 star because it is the minimum otherwise 0 stars. We arrived and waited to be seated, no one showed up, so after almost 10 minutes we decided to get in and seat. There were tables with leftover food and drinks. On our way to the other side a lady just came out and asked us to wait to be seated, I said ok, we didn't see anybody and we were waiting for a while. She kind of laughed!!! And said you just wait to be seated. We moved to the entrance to wait for her or someone and she was laughing and talking with a security guy in uniform. She didn't care at all.We don't have to tolerate that kind of behavior.We went to TX/MX instead, they have good food and excellent service.Please don't even bother going upstairs to BWW.
