I had a flight delay so I decided to find something to eat. I came across the Cantina Laredo resturant and stopped at the hostess desk at the front and the hostess (I wish I would have gotten her name) was so pleasant that I decided to give the resturant a try. I engaged in conversation with a young gentleman that was sitting at the table next to me. We had Thomas as our server and we had a really great experience. He was very friendly and kind and fast. The food was really, really good - it was all hot and tasted fresh. Nice size bowls of chips and tasty salsa & queso laredo dip (extra cost, but worth it.) For an airport restaurant, my family and I were really impressed and if we were to fly through DFW again, we'd more than likely return to eat here again. If you go, make sure you ask them to grill their burritos!

Unassuming "modern" Mexican restaurant tucks itself next to a DFW gate offramp. Busy for a weeknight, but that did not stop swift, kind service. Food was prepared surprisingly well. We had tender carne asada and fat chicken quesadillas. Beer menu needs help. Would return here for sure.Dietary restrictions: They make accommodations for gluten sensitivity.
