Extremely professional, excellent service, and went above and beyond than the capacity of a traditional caterer. Our events had many cultural and timing nuances that were all handled expertly by Wendy and her team. We actually stopped by one day prior to our event to drop off some desserts and got to see a preview of the action of her catering staff prepping our menu- things that some caterers might buy pre-made, Wendy's team was making from scratch. We got so many compliments regarding the food from everyone we talked to that night. “We truly had the most incredible experience on our wedding day with the CN Catering crew. We weren't sure what to expect with an in-house catering team with our venue but it truly surpassed every expectation. Our guests were practically licking their plates because the food was so good (and amazing portion sizes as well). Every single server was incredibly friendly and our guests can echo that sentiment. We have to give a big shout out to our bar tenders, we got so many compliments to how amazing they were, not only at pouring drinks but so kind and amazing energy.

Lindsay worked with us on our wedding day and she was so sweet and made sure if we ever needed something, she was on it in a snap.

We did have some communication things happen during the planning process happen just from some staff changes, but nothing world ending and it all got quickly resolved so that our wedding day was perfect.

The decor was very elegant, fresh flowers, open room, the food setup was amazing, and they even hired a bartender!! Yep, I had mocktails, champagne with pink cotton candy, specialty beer for the men, and cute drinks for the kids!!! Who even thinks about having all that???!! Don't get me started on the appetizers, the main dish and who can forget the mac and cheese bar!! Does life get any better for a pregnant woman? “This weekend we had 2 meals catered by Paramount Fresh Catering for 140 football players and coaches from New Orleans that came to play in Dallas. The quality and the custom made menu were absolutely delicious !!! The coaches wanted high protien and a well balanced meals. On top of the quality of food they went overboard with the quantity.

Customer service and accommodations could not have been any better. We had delays and time changes due to the weather and they stuck with us and pushed times back at the last minute over and over.
