Extremely professional, excellent service, and went above and beyond than the capacity of a traditional caterer. Our events had many cultural and timing nuances that were all handled expertly by Wendy and her team. We actually stopped by one day prior to our event to drop off some desserts and got to see a preview of the action of her catering staff prepping our menu- things that some caterers might buy pre-made, Wendy's team was making from scratch. We got so many compliments regarding the food from everyone we talked to that night. “This weekend we had 2 meals catered by Paramount Fresh Catering for 140 football players and coaches from New Orleans that came to play in Dallas. The quality and the custom made menu were absolutely delicious !!! The coaches wanted high protien and a well balanced meals. On top of the quality of food they went overboard with the quantity.

Customer service and accommodations could not have been any better. We had delays and time changes due to the weather and they stuck with us and pushed times back at the last minute over and over.
