We got the frozen lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and the mini cinnamon rolls. The drinks were watered down and disgusting. We ended up throwing our drinks away. The mini cinnamon rolls were okay but it wasn't enough to make us want to return.

I was told that I could not use my Cinnabon coupon at this location because it is a Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s combined store. Then when I tried to use a coupon that was sent to me via email for a free Auntie Anne’s pretzel, I was told that I needed to download the app in order to redeem the coupon. The Cinnabon was delicious which is the only reason why this location got 2 stars from me.

I clearly asked for TWO churros and they only give me one. What kind of strange person pays almost 4 dollars for ONE SINGLE CHURRO?! It's not the first time they get my order wrong. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The rules are made up depending on the staff. My request for fresh rolls was denied all of a sudden and was told I had to purchase them individually. This location's staff is rude and ridiculous. The WORST service EVER ENCOUNTERED

Big cinnamon roll was raw in the center. When I ask for my money back they made me wait without saying anything to me for another one. When I asked why I was standing there in my cinnamon roll was thrown out and I wasn't being refunded, they said that I got you boo. I didn't appreciate the customer service. Also, the cinnamon roll wasn't buttery like they used to be. And, the mini was kind of tasteless as well and not very sweet. I asked for ice water and had to beg for it. nd no ice water served unless you begged for it
