Big cinnamon roll was raw in the center. When I ask for my money back they made me wait without saying anything to me for another one. When I asked why I was standing there in my cinnamon roll was thrown out and I wasn't being refunded, they said that I got you boo. I didn't appreciate the customer service. I come here often and seems like every time I am just simply trying to order one item there is always an issue. Typically they will only have one register open but they don’t communicate it until you’ve been standing in the wrong line with people from the other line yelling at you saying there is one line. The employees are typically rude for some reason regardless of the time you go. Now on a Saturday they have no cinnamon rolls made and they won’t be ready for an hour....read full review

I was told that I could not use my Cinnabon coupon at this location because it is a Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s combined store. Then when I tried to use a coupon that was sent to me via email for a free Auntie Anne’s pretzel, I was told that I needed to download the app in order to redeem the coupon. The Cinnabon was delicious which is the only reason why this location got 2 stars from me.
