Went with my family of 4 today (5/28/24) at about 1:00pm at the Plano location .There wasn’t anyone at the restaurant, just a man standing under the patio. My husband and 2 children walked up and he completely ignored us. I actually thought he was a customer waiting to be seated the way he looked us in disgust. We proceeded to the host desk and he rudely says from the patio where he was standing(not at host desk) “I’m right here”. In a very rude voice. Then he just walks...read full review
The food, the service, the ambience. Thousands of other reasons exist for this to be your date night and social destination. The staff is simply incredible. They don’t miss a thing. Everyone works so hard to make sure you is an enjoyable one.

The food is fantastic, but the music can be too loud, both outside and inside, making it difficult to have a conversation. The environment is very beautiful and well-kept, and the area offers many stores for shopping. Parking can be a challenge, but there are options available. The staff, Jeana and Brian, are super friendly and attentive, and the cocktails and food, including the sweet potato fries and deep-fried Oreos, are amazing. Ebb & Flow is considered the best bar in Deep Ellum.
