First time trying emporium pies and I'm so glad I did. I purposely waited till december so that I could get the seasonal flavors. Got the snowball, peppermint, and smooth operator. My absolute favorite was the snowball and I wish it was just seasonal and was a year-round flavor. It was light, not heavy, not overly sweet, and just perfect. Personally, I'm not a huge pie person... sure I'll have some every once in a while, but it's not often. The people I was with that did eat the pecan and pumpkin pies absolutely loved them. The small quaint pie shop was not too busy but still had a steady flow of people stopping by to grab their favorites.
