The environment and atmosphere are generally okay, though some napkin and debris were observed on the floor and the serving counter, which a staff member was seen cleaning. Despite the busy Saturday crowd, the restaurant's service was disappointing, with a long waiting time of 36 minutes for a burger, and staff members not appearing to take customer orders and time seriously. The service was further marred by a staff member's disappointing facial expression when a customer's order number was not answered.
On the positive side, the restaurant has its own restroom, and the burgers are described as fresh and cooked to perfection. The Cajun fries and milkshakes are also praised. The restaurant's location within the Galleria Shopping Mall provides convenient access, with a free parking garage available.
However, some customers found the food quality to be only okay, and the prices to be very high. Issues were also reported with the drink machines, with the Diet Coke being undrinkable and the Diet Dr. Pepper tasting off. Additionally, the restaurant was described as being very smoky.
