If I lived closer I would be here several times a week! Such a hidden gem!! This is hands down one of my favorite sushi places in DFW and I have been to many. The fish is always fresh the ambience is laid back and the selection is vast. They are always consistently so good!
We absolutely love Fujiyama. My husband and I met for our first date here and drank sake and shared a roll. Now years later while I am pregnant with our second it has become my go to spot for the most delicious cooked rolls of ANYWHERE in the DFW area. Everything from the cooked food to the raw rolls to the cooked rolls is top tier. We have never had bad service never even an off day for the kitchen. Hidden Gem - best value in Dallas! Baked Salmon, Crispy Tuna, and the Fujiyama Rolls were very fresh and a steal for the price! Attentive service and the friendly chef even surprised us with a free roll to try!
