Wouldn’t allow us to order the $19.99 all you can eat and the $39.00 all you can eat. My boyfriend doesn’t eat meat so he was going to get the $20 all you can eat because all the vegetarian options are on that one and there’s no need to get the $40. and I do eat meat so I was going to get the $40 all you can eat because I want to try everything. The food and service were wonderful!!
Decent food for the price. I’ve had better sushi but it wasn’t bad. All the hot items were good.

JingHe is a Japanese-Asian fusion restaurant that offers a great dining experience. Located in a small spot in town, it has both indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant features a serene atmosphere with traditional Japanese style and modern touches. It is known for its all-you-can-eat buffet, which costs $19 and provides good value for sushi or Japanese food in Texas. The buffet includes a variety of dishes such as classic sushi rolls, sashimi, and inventive fusion creations. Highlights include succulent teriyaki chicken, delicious miso soup, flavorful garlic noodles, and super fresh, yummy sushi that comes out quickly. Customers also enjoy spicy cucumbers and spicy miso ramen, which are popular choices. Many visitors praise the fresh and flavorful fish, especially the sushi, which melts in the mouth. The food truly deserves five stars.
However, some reviews mention that the service can be inconsistent. One customer noted that their server appeared rude and dismissive, which affected the overall experience. Despite the excellent food, the service was less enjoyable due to wait times and an uncomfortable comment about ordering salmon belly. Another guest shared that arriving early on a Saturday morning allowed them to enjoy the all-you-can-eat sushi, and everything was fresh and delivered fast. They recommend making reservations, as the restaurant gets busy quickly.
Guests appreciate the affordable prices and the chance to enjoy many dishes, but some wish the restaurant would include mochi dessert in the all-you-can-eat price rather than charging extra. Overall, JingHe is a hidden gem for those seeking good food, a calm ambiance, and good value, though service quality can vary.
