Unique fusion ramen spot with excellent customization.
Just had a great experience at JINYA. Ordered the Birria ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen black, and started with gyoza and brussel sprouts. What sets this place apart is how much they let you customize your bowl. It's fusion-style ramen, which works really well here.
The flavors are balanced, the noodles are cooked right, and you can tell they care about quality ingredients. If you like ramen and want options...

Our Ramen was delicious & We loved the tempura Brussels came out fresh, Hot, and crispy. Ivy was a wonderful server and gave good recommendations, including an exciting bubble show when delivering the leeche martini. 🍸
