Sadly, the service I received fell short of my expectations. I faced many challenges which resulted in a very unsatisfactory experience. After waiting 20 minutes, I was told that my order had been mistakenly given to a customer who placed an order after me. After waiting another 20 minutes in 100+ degree weather, I was informed that a refund would be processed.
