Have never had good customer service inside this place. The 2231 W Ledbetter Dr, Dallas, TX location service is awfulThe second you walk in there is loud Spanish music playing people are just waiting disgruntled, the girl at the register seemingly forgets to even post your order, which leads to even more waiting, some of the staff can't even speak proper english and the pizza's are usually on the burnt side. The pizza here is some of the worst I've ever seen in my life.Don't come here unless you want to waste money.The pizza crust was less than half of what it should. Super thin with almost no cause plus soggy.It's embarrassing how much better the Ft Worth Ave location is. Their pizza at the other location on ft worth ave is more than worth the money while this pizza isn't even worth the trip if it was free.Please don't go here. They need serious help with quality control and management.
