Well I got breakfast here and may be it is the time of day but the service was fast, the food nice and hot — so I should give them credit.

Went and ordered a happy meal, and 3 cheeseburgers plain and dry. Staff at the window were uncourteous and rushed us through the line. We were the only car. When my wife checked to make sure we got our order correctly. The 3 cheeseburgers were just thrown into the bag, and we were missing an extra fry we ordered. Wife goes back in for the fry and shows them how the burgers were just thrown in the bag, wrappers nowhere close to being on. The manager states, "you got them though, here's your fry". He drops it in the bag on the tossed in burgers and walks away.The kids' food was incorrect, was cold, and seems to have been sitting for some time. This location consistently has poor customer service, food quality, and overall experience. Will not be returning to this store again.

Look I know, it’s an airport McDonald’s. How good could it really be? How bad could it really be? Let me tell ya, a lot of places start to throw service and quality out the window when the lines start piling up at DFW. But not these guys. These unsung heroes holding it down in D Terminal don’t even flinch. They’re on a mission, and that mission is to provide the best experience anyone can have at a McDonald’s. At this point you’re probably thinking, “get a load of this guy, he must be the manager.” Nope, but the way that man was dishing out orders with a smile left and right, maybe I wish I was. Nobody walks into an airport McDonald’s with high expectations, but this place was cranking out photo-worthy McGriddles and piping hot hash browns on this fine Sunday morning and it could not go unnoticed.
