They had no adults at the stand and what looked to be 2-3 13/14 year olds working. I was going to buy some gelato but walked away as soon as I saw that. While I was taking the escalator up I watched as one of the kids was scooping gelato directly out of the containers with a spoon to eat. Did not see if he switched spoons between bites.

Gelato is always good, I’ve been a customer for a while at different locations. Today I wanted an Afogatto but the employee told me coffe machine was already cleaned since they close in 25 min, I mean what? Disappointing, I think this specific location is going downhill

My husband really wanted some gelato and was pumped about going. He got the strawberry rose flavor. When he got back to the table, he absolutely did not like it at all. He said it taste like dye. I took a bite and liked it but not enough to eat it. He also got a macaroon and it was hard, and very burnt tasting.

The girl at the counter is over worked and as a result rude, or just rude. ??♀️The gelato is almost melting and is poor quality in comparison to other locations. The flavors don’t even seem to be made the with the same ingredients.

I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. Prices are decent for the quality. If it wasn't far from my work I would come by more.
This WAS a nice place, but it has a lockout notice taped on the doors. Perhaps another CoViD-19 casualty?
