“I just ordered a Shaqaroni pizza from papa John's. I'm so totally pleased with this pizza! Thank you Shaq and thank you papa John's for this. The delivery was on time! I definitely will order from this store again!!! I swear the best pizza I've had in a long time!!!“

“Despite the absurd NYE Traffic, I’m honestly GLAD I Placed My Order at This Location because upon receiving My Order, it was AGAINST The Traffic on the way Home. I Arrived to some Friendly Faces. They were ALL SMILES & seemed to be having a Team Meeting when I arrived, but EVERYONE Greeted Me. I felt like I was Rihanna. They pulled out ALL The Stops. One Team Member asked if I was picking up or placing my order. Another asked for My order Name. Another checked my order for accuracy. Like EVERYBODY was in sync & I could tell that This Store and The Manager ABSOLUTELY Hired and Trained His Employees THE PAPA JOHN’S WAY!!!“

“I've been ordering from these guys for well over a year, at first I was skeptical because I just never had Papa John's but these guys really do put in the work to make sure at least MY orders were on point. Everything was as ordered and was tasty to boot.“

“My order started with probably the nicest delivery person I have ever had in all my years of having food delivered. The gentleman was so polite and friendly I think it made the pizza taste better. But the pizza was also outstanding! When they say better ingredients they are not kidding. It was super hot and delicious.“

“I’ve yet to have any issues at this location, but the primary purpose of this review is to say how wonderful an employee is!

Forgive as I didn’t catch his name, but he is the middle aged, white male, appears to be ginger. He’s usually there in the evenings— he is literally the best. Such a sweet man, and does an excellent job at Quality Assurance. He always puts a smile on my face. Please be sure to share this with him. 🫶🏾“

“Store has really been cleaning up the last 4 years. New managers trying their best to give good service. James (?) The GM has his hands full there, as no one really wants to work these days it seems like.
But the managers they have work hard.“

“We usually get "the works" or the"meat eaters" (no vegans here) with the regular crust and I always pick it up for us. The service has been okay. The pizza did have the better ingredients, at least, I think it did. My only constructive criticism is, well two, the first is all three pizzas were perforated, not completely cut. They can fix that by sharpened their blades. A dull blade will not cut very well. Obviously, PaPa John's computers really blow, because every restaurant I've been in, the clerk was getting frustrated with the slow and archaic software.“

Parking: If you know Greenville then you know parking is a premium happily there's free parking to dash in and out with your pizza prize.“

“The two young men that made my order was heaven sent!! The crust was fresh and delicious ? This was the best pizza I had all year!! I think one name is Chef Kiss!! Boy did he lay it on me with the pizza!!! Thank you guys!! Y’all did an awesome job!!! My two pizza was delicious!!!! Ps i burned my mouth because the presentation was marvelous and I forgot it was hot!!! You want fresh, good, and hot??? This is the place!!!“

“NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered delivery from this location. They failed to include all of the sauces I ordered and paid for, they failed to include the peppers and mention they were out (if that was the case. I could deal with that easily. I discovered there was a long hair baked into my my wings which I was not ok with. I do understand mistakes happen but where I am completely frustrated and disappointed most is that I have called and called and called and used different keypad options to even reach different departments and no answer. I have called a million times and have been on hold forever.“
