“I've been ordering from these guys for well over a year, at first I was skeptical because I just never had Papa John's but these guys really do put in the work to make sure at least MY orders were on point. Everything was as ordered and was tasty to boot.“
“Despite the absurd NYE Traffic, I’m honestly GLAD I Placed My Order at This Location because upon receiving My Order, it was AGAINST The Traffic on the way Home. I Arrived to some Friendly Faces. They were ALL SMILES & seemed to be having a Team Meeting when I arrived, but EVERYONE Greeted Me. I felt like I was Rihanna. They pulled out ALL The Stops. One Team Member asked if I was picking up or placing my order. Another asked for My order Name. Another checked my order for accuracy. Like EVERYBODY was in sync & I could tell that This Store and The Manager ABSOLUTELY Hired and Trained His Employees THE PAPA JOHN’S WAY!!!“

“My order started with probably the nicest delivery person I have ever had in all my years of having food delivered. The gentleman was so polite and friendly I think it made the pizza taste better. But the pizza was also outstanding! When they say better ingredients they are not kidding. It was super hot and delicious.“
“We usually get "the works" or the"meat eaters" (no vegans here) with the regular crust and I always pick it up for us. The service has been okay. The pizza did have the better ingredients, at least, I think it did. My only constructive criticism is, well two, the first is all three pizzas were perforated, not completely cut. They can fix that by sharpened their blades. A dull blade will not cut very well. Obviously, PaPa John's computers really blow, because every restaurant I've been in, the clerk was getting frustrated with the slow and archaic software.“

“PAPA DIDN'T COME OUT TO PLAY TONIGHT!!! I was a little nervous coming seeing other reviews, but boy were those far from the truth!! I ordered from my work parking lot 10 minutes away, a custom pizza, and it was hot and ready when I arrived. All three workers immediately stood up straight and greeted me as I walked through the door, were so pleasant, and got me my food immediately. It smelled so good I ate a slice in the parking lot and was so very pleased. Not to mention, my favorite sauce was included in the box, which I had added to my order and taken off, but regretted. It was a 5 star night at the Papa Johns!“
“Store has really been cleaning up the last 4 years. New managers trying their best to give good service. James (?) The GM has his hands full there, as no one really wants to work these days it seems like.
But the managers they have work hard.“

Forgive as I didn’t catch his name, but he is the middle aged, white male, appears to be ginger. He’s usually there in the evenings— he is literally the best. Such a sweet man, and does an excellent job at Quality Assurance. He always puts a smile on my face. Please be sure to share this with him. 🫶🏾“
“NEVER AGAIN!!! I ordered delivery from this location. They failed to include all of the sauces I ordered and paid for, they failed to include the peppers and mention they were out (if that was the case. I could deal with that easily. I discovered there was a long hair baked into my my wings which I was not ok with. I do understand mistakes happen but where I am completely frustrated and disappointed most is that I have called and called and called and used different keypad options to even reach different departments and no answer. I have called a million times and have been on hold forever.“
“Exceptional location. Here's why.
The 2 papa johns stores around me have the worst ratings, and this one had better ones. I called to ask if they would deliver to my area 15 minutes away and the woman i spoke to was very nice and made the exception to deliver to me out of their range due to the other locations bad reviews.
I received my order extremely fast, and it was hot and delicious. Absolute perfection in quality. I was extremely satisfied.“
