Happy hour is the best here! Excellent service.
I’ve been to parliament twice. There’s no food. If you want to buy food nearby and sit outside you can. The first time I went I sat at the bar - staff was pleasant, drinks were good - mine was also pretty. Second time I went we sat outside because the weather was nice- we also wanted to eat food. This is a GREAT spot to get a drink or 4 and unwind and socialize after work or just because.
