Great new addition to Uptown! Cozy little neighborhood bar with cheap bites and drinks!
This was a great experience for someone who is from out of town. The service was great to start and the food was fantastic. Have to get the pizzanadas and quesadillas to start. I had the smash burger patty melt as well which was phenomenal. Would recommend to both locals and anyone visiting. Happy hour basically has everything half off

Rebel & Rose Neighborhood Bar is an uncut gem in Uptown. The service is great, with friendly staff and quick service who remember guests even if not a regular. The food is fantastic; must-try items include the pizzanadas and chicken tinga quesadillas to start, which are delicious. The smash burger patty melt and french dip sandwich are phenomenal. The blackberry mule is a favorite drink. Happy hour has basically everything half off, including drinks, with prices that cannot be beat. The restaurant is dog friendly, and even makes dogs feel special with a dog birthday cake and cute bottle service. The vibe is nice with great music. Food was ok on a busy night, but the kind bartender made the experience pleasant. This solid food joint is recommended for both locals and anyone visiting.
