Sketches of Spain is a phenomenal place with unreal food and a phenomenal staff. The octopus and paella are must-try dishes. The system gets 4 stars, but the service receives a 3 for lacking information and rushing first-time customers. The menu is digital with minimal descriptions, and the staff should provide more guidance. Despite this, the croquettes, octopus, paella, and cheesecake are highly recommended. Mario provided excellent service during the meal.
