“Last night, four of us celebrated the younger couple’s 8th wedding Anniversary and my wife’s 75th Birthday. We had the most wonderful time at Sachet. The food was Mediterranean - outstanding! Absolutely delicious! Our wait-person, Jennie, made the evening. She was confident, personable, cheerful, helpful, patient, and never intruded, but celebrated with us. She brought 2 tiny glasses of Champagne and a lovely congratulatory card signed by several staff members for the Anniversary couple and for my teetotaler Birthday girl and me - tiny glasses of ginger ale and our table’s desert choice (+ 4 forks) with a lit elegant gold candle. It was an unforgettable evening enhanced by the ambiance, great food, and perfect service.“

“The food is almost perfect. The food is a tad bit salty, if it is lowered by 10%, it would be perfect but I understand I have a different palette and most people here prefer otherwise. The paella seafood meat mix is a must get, although I do think the rice is a little stingy, it would be nice to have 15% more rice. The dessert bread pudding with apple and vanilla ice cream is to die for. The service is slightly below average where servers that are not assigned to your table will ignore you. The atmosphere is okay, if I'm the owner, I would be spending a good amount of money to upscale the decor to match the high quality nature of the food. The food is currently very fairly priced, but with a nicer decor, I would bet customers would be willing to pay 10-20% more.“

“Today was a beautiful day, perfect for a birthday celebration at Bistro 31 😍. Our family of ten were seated in the back (outdoor but inside) and we were treated as very special people, and the service by Luke was extraordinary. The food was wonderful....plates were empty. And the bread and butter...I am embarrassed by the amount we ate . Birthdays usually have cake, and we were surprised with olive oil cake for our table. YUM! Big thanks to Al Lombardi and staff for a fantastic time!“
