I was going to rate this place a zero but I can't, and I know a 2 wouldn't be able to be removed. This place has the worst customer service ever. Sonic Drive-In offers a variety of meals and has plenty of parking and seating for customers, including spaces for kids and wheelchair accessibility. The service is generally good, and there are often kids nearby, but they are respectful. The order delivery is efficient. However, some may find that the staff's level of engagement varies. The location is suitable for the area, and it is manageable in terms of homeless people asking for money. The shake is a popular choice.
