Sprinkles Dallas Galleria ATM

This machine only has five cupcakes. None of them vegan they never seem to put the vegan cupcake in their ATM machines don’t make the effort to drive over here for a bunch of nothing.

Perfect pick me up vending machine! The cupcakes are true to the sprinkles brand, fresh and yummy. A perfect treat!

Unexpectedly dystopian. Upon ordering, this machine plays a song so obnoxious that I wanted to curl up and expire immediately instead of stand there in shame and wait for the thing to dispense my food. I previously thought something this annoying was only ever created for parody, but it turns out people are perfectly willing to do this with a straight face. It also makes you agree to a terms of service before confirming payment??? Extremely weird and offputting.The cupcake was good, so good I considered giving an extra star, but I would absolutely not want to pay six american dollars for another one when I can get 4 of about the same quality for almost the same price at a grocery store, sans the embarrassment and also the pressure to agree to a contract I do not have time to read. All the best to the bakers, but the buying experience was horrendous.

Amazing service!! I ordered custom cupcakes for a friend who was staying at the Westin near by. The Westin lost the cupcakes! Sprinkles not only remade them, but delivered the new ones free of charge within an hour! Talk about unheard of customer service!! Thank you!!
