I empathize for the employees as it’s a tough situation to keep up with the demand. That said, they didn’t seem to care that people had waited 30 minutes for mobile orders. Lots of orders just left behind due to flights. I’d suggest either improving the process or giving a more realistic timeframe when it’s expected.
Haven't been to a Starbucks this bad so far. Ordered 2 HOT double shot espresso and 1/2" half and half and splash of cinnamon.Both came COLD lots of ice and coffee at the bottom and splash of cinnamon on top of ice!Told the cashier that it was supposed to be hot. She took them back. I heard my name again. Picked them up. They were in different cups, but again, they were COLD like ice coffee! Bad baad coffee at this location! Stay AWAY! It's the worst coffee I've ever ever had literally anywhere. It doesn't taste right, it's nasty.This Starbucks should be shut down! Do yourself a favor and walk to the OTHER DAL Starbucks a 1 min walk away, the one by gates 11-13. They do great coffee there.
