First time dining here and the food was fabulous! There were five of us and we tried multiple items… Everything we had I would have again. Steel will be on the list every time I come to Dallas from now on
If it wasn't for the okay sushi, I would have rated this place a solid 2, at best. 7:15 on a Saturday night and there was four tables in the restaurant, yet the service was extremely slow. Outside of the frat boys they sat beside us, the restaurant was oddly quiet. If you're looking for good ambience, experience and sushi creations, don't go here. Go to Uchi or Shoyo. We won't be back and will not recommend.
Best sushi spot in Dallas! I come here almost weekly cause it’s right by my place. Chef is amazing, service is excellent, food comes fast drinks are great. Love it during lunch and dinner. Place has an intimate setting -dim lit -nice and classy. Love the fried rice and pad Thai and every sushi I have tried was amazing!
Steel Sushi Restaurant and Lounge offers an excellent dining experience. The food is outstanding, with dishes like the Sea Bass and the Mt. Fuji roll being standouts. The restaurant has a good selection of wine by the glass, although drink prices are a bit high. Parking can be an issue, with limited markings and a lack of clear communication about valet services. Despite this, the service is excellent, and the sushi is incredible. Overall, Steel Sushi is a great choice for those looking for sushi in Dallas.
