Terrible customer service. They definitely could benefit from some more customer service training. If you can't even have a positive attitude towards customers why even work in the customer service business? Ill never go back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I visited with my family and employee named Ericka was very rude about having a service dog. She argued about having to show documents, and I mentioned it's against the law to do that. I said you can only ask if it's a service dog and what tasks does he do. After a while of disagreeing I showed my service dogs documents and she got upset. I’m a trucker and this is the only food I eat so to fast food not having whole wheat and when I came in the server/worker was rude, how she looked at me multiple times up and down and that made me feel uncomfortable and when she did my sandwich she put exactly 6 olives on it and when I asked her for more she refused even though I told that I would like to purchase the extra olives she also refused and she started talking in Spanish so I told her I don’t speak Spanish...read full review
