Jay has excellent customer service! Attentive and was on it :D he basically carried the whole experience because the automatic kiosk is frustrating. I like my five layer burrito without the 6inch tortilla in the middle and I’m unable to request it through drive thru, so I decided to walk inside where I was disappointed to see no lobby staff. I got frustrated with the AI talking the order so I just left. I was craving a breakfast crunch wrap too 😔
