We went to Phillip's as it's an Inner Harbor Icon. It was just ok food, and clearly a draw for tourists (that is us). Our service was great, but the experience was just ok.
Came for a conference and didn't want to leave Baltimore without trying their world famous crab cakes. Well Phillip's didn't disappoint! I ordered the crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was all crab and no fillers, seasoned well on a soft lightly toasted bun with lettuce, tomatoes, and tasty sauce. The side of fries was hot and fresh. My waitress was kind, quick, and attentive. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you want a walk on the harbor after your meal.

Tried this place for the first time and ordered the Boiled Combo #1 with the Mr. Krab sauce spicy. It was delicious. The bag comes with crab, shrimp, eggs, corn and sausage. Plenty of food and plenty of sauce to keep you eating to satisfaction. The service was friendly and the drinks at the bar are strong. Will be back.
