Disappointed that calamari wasn't as good as when I ate here a month ago. It was way oversalted this time. Also the lemon slices were sliced too thin and then over fried to a crisp -- not amazing like last time.On the plus side the ravioli was ok.

This is not your average airport food. If you have a layover at DFW, check this place out. I love Italian food, and the ravioli I ordered was some of the best I’ve had. The guy next to me ordered a hamburger and was raving about it as well. In Terminal D. Well worth the walk.

Over-priced, low quality food. Poor service. Dirty restaurant. If you like the Olive Garden and consider that good quality Italian food, then you might love this restaurant. Otherwise, I suggest you steer clear. Do not be fooled by the name Wolfgang Puck attached to the sign. I contacted his company to issue a complaint about my experience and was told that they actually are not affiliated with any of the airport restaurants. Go figure.

Visited just before flight and very disappointed with the service very slow and inattentive. The guy at the welcome desk was great but girl behind the bar slow and unwelcoming. Food was 3star max.Shame as it wasn’t what I was expecting reading some reviews.

Sitting in this establishment while I waited for a flight. It was just after 8AM and a gentleman came and sat just down from me. The bar tender asked him what she could get him, and gave him a few options (her job) all the options included alcohol (we were sitting at the bar, again, her job) he says: "I don't drink alcohol" she says: "that's crazy! Why would you do that?" The guy handled it with grace, and being a recovering alcoholic myself, I was a little disheartened that he needed to explain himself. I dont bash places on reviews, but maybe good to know for people in recovery to not sit at the bar if you aren't ready to explain yourself...

One of the worst 4 cheese ravioli. Chef needs reeducation in pomodoro sauce, as one without basil cannot be it. Very bad food.

I went there twice ordering a pizza margherita to go. The pizza was really good, but the staff is very disorganized. Both times I had to ask for my pizza since I was waiting for a while and I realized that the pizza was sitting there all along. So I ate a cold pizza twice. Very disappointed. Price fair (15$ for margherita)

Watch your stuff! I dined in on Dec 18, and the food was good and the server was great. However, I left an item there, the place was not busy. We sat at a booth near the kitchen and the place was warm. My child took his hooded sweater off for eating, and we left it on the bench. I called to see if it was found, and they said no. It was a colorful hoodie, and they must have seen it when they cleaned the table. They told me if it was found it was turned into the police. I went to the airport Lost and Found and nothing was turned in. The hoodie was part of a set and I am sad that the staff kept it instead of turning it in. My son is very sad that now he doesn't have the set. I understand it's an airport but the restaurant is not cheap, so it's not a busy place where some other customer could find it. I am 100% sure I left the item there, I have a picture of my son wearing it, and a picture of him eating later without it. I remember leaving it on the bench and we took our bags and not the hoodie. The item is no longer available in stores or I would buy a new one for my child. Given that the server was nice, I would expect them to be nice enough to turn in an item that a child lost, and I am very disappointed.

The food was decent at this place, however I had a terrible experience with the general manager at this store. Kayla is her name, she was very unprofessional and rude to my table, also she was touching the male kitchen staff inappropriately. She had a terrible attitude and a rude and ugly look on her face the entire time! Someone needs to get her fired.

28 bucks for a steak that wasn't evenly cooked. My wife had spaghetti and meatballs that was a black pepper factory on a plate. Not worth

Went here for the GF pizza which my daughter enjoyed. The server was nice and attentive. My only issue was with the baked goat cheese appetizer which was more like 3 little dollops of goat cheese swimming in a sea of red sauce.
