We stayed in a very nice corner room. The furniture was a little dated but well kept. Parking was free and had very easy access to the front entrance. This is a nice hotel and the problem wasn't with our stay, but the way management dealt with and resolved our issue. We were incorrectly charged a room service fee for dining. My daughter and I stayed here for four nights while she was getting settled in a new apartment. The hotel is in an excellent location-very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. and the service was top notch. The staff stored our excess luggage overnight, went out of their way to provide attentive service at the bar and restaurant and was on top of housekeeping. Room was in very good condition and spotlessly clean. Free parking was also appreciated.

Like many have noted, the rooms are noisy. You can hear people having just normal conversations in the next room. DO NOT get a room facing the freeway!!! Could not sleep with the constant cars noises. Rooms were decent and also decent beds. I would say it’s 3* with terrible acoustics,
