“Came here today to have lunch with coworkers. Service was great as usual and I’m pretty sure I turned my coworkers into regulars. We all tried the beef empanadas for the first time and I’m kicking myself for not ordering them before. 10/10, I look forward to coming by again ☺️“

“Absolutely love coming to Sycamore Grounds in Deer Park. While the location is small, I've never had issues with finding parking or a place to sit. The baristas are always super friendly and the pastry and food selection is unmatched. Love trying their seasonal selections!“

“I have worked in the area for a long time and unfortunately never knew this place was here. It's got a pretty underwhelming store front but it's nice inside, waitress's were great and food was way better than I expected. I thought it would be a greasy spoon with the cook smoking a cigarette with the ash about to fall in the food but I was obviously way off. I definitely recommend if you are in the area for breakfast or dinner to try them out.“

“I read good reviews on FB so I decided to try this place when I was in the area. Ordered fried chicken steak as they said it’s their specialty. The portion is huge but the batter was not as crispy as i expected. It comes with 2 large sides. The atmosphere here was like a blue collar cafeteria with working people in and out constantly. I will try again if i was in the area.“

“I love the variety of fresh baked cookies. I occasionally make a special 32 mile trip from Stafford to pick up a dozen cookies. The bakeries on my side of town tend to offer giant cookies that are 2 to 3 times bigger than Savannah Bakery cookies, therefore cost 2 to 3 times the price and they don't have as big of a variety. My friends and I certainly don't need a giant cookie and it just doesn't seem like southern hospitality to offer to share a single cookie that may not be the variety my friend would choose. Savannah Bakery also has decorated cutout sugar cookies specific to upcoming occasions and holidays. Yesterday they had several Valentine's cookies. They also have a great menu and offer sandwiches, paninis, soups, salads, pastas, quiche, fresh fruit, chicken pot pie, a daily hot plate.“

“I highly recommend this Café. I ordered to go as I’m leaving state after breakfast, but the girl that helped me carry my drinks out was super sweet. Not being from Texas I was curious about everything on the land and she was very informative (I should’ve gotten her name). I ordered the Sycamore 2s which was 2 pancakes (choice of 1/2 waffle or 2 slices French toast), 2 eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon (choice of sausage also). I got my son an order of French toast, and a friend the brunch burger. Everything was AMAZING. The server mentioned Mondays they have a mimosa special (she told me exactly but I forget it). I like over medium eggs and this is the first place I’ve been that’s gotten my eggs PERFECT the first time around. It’s an adorable little café and there’s a wedding venue in the back. I highly recommend trying their food if you haven’t before. I took photos but it won’t let me add them to my review.“

“The food is very delicious, a young lady who has worked there for many years is very friendly. I don't know if she still works there. I have a hard time not going, the bad thing is the long wait... if they took orders by phone it would be a lot of good for the business and for the client.“

“I went there because the photos looked so amazing of all the drinks, but then when I went there, I saw they used the cheapest syrups you can get for their flavorings. So, I just had a regular latte and it was great, but if you need sweeteners, you might want to rethink it. I really can't stand those cheap syrups myself. I don't know how they became okay to serve. Granted, most places use cheap syrups, I only know one place that makes its own caramel and its own butterscotch. Every other place takes this shortcut to me that should be reflected in lower prices, but usually, these places aren't inexpensive.“

The drinks are always consistent, super flavorful, and you can tell they don’t cheap out on the taste—whether you’re getting a classic iced coffee, a rebel, or something blended. The menu has a lot of options, but it still feels simple because you can customize pretty much anything.

What really makes Dutch Bros stand out though is the vibe. The employees are always upbeat, friendly, and actually talk to you like a real person instead of rushing you through the line. Even when it’s busy, the service stays fast and the energy is still positive.
