we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
The last 5 times going within the span of 2 months they have told us they have no hot and ready pizzas ready for us to order right then and there. Like y’all advertise hot and ready pizzas, but y’all make us wait EVERY TIME. You’d think they would hire more staff, prepare more pizzas, and anticipate there being more business so they don’t disappoint their customers.
