the boudin balls and their dipping sauce are amazing. the fried catfish that he got what's perfectly cooked and seasoned. I decided today to take food to Memorial Hermann SE ER and reached out to New Orleans Seafood to help me add to the quantity to feed all of the staff. Potatoes were huge! You can tell the sides are definitely cooked in with the crawfish! Came w/2 sides of butter and 1 side of spice.
