Made an app order and they handed me a Completely MELTED shake at the window that I had to rip open due to the sticker and when I got home with my order the top bun was so stale and dry that a piece literally just crumbled off when I unwrapped it, going to the Sherman one from now on!
Wow, where is the etiquette? Instead of "Welcome to Jack in the Box, may I take your order?" It's "Jack in the Box, whattaya want?" I ordered tacos. The place wasn't even busy, and I get cold tacos... seriously Jack? Do better.

The drive-thru used to take forever especially at night when I was just getting off work or after a visit to the casino. But I was rather impressed this last time I went. They took my order and had my food out quickly. And I got everything I ordered, no mistakes! I guess the same goes for all the others ahead of me in line as well.
