Bombay Indo Chinese is a solid find and a great little gem of a food truck offering authentic Bombay-style Indo-Chinese flavors. The atmosphere is a warm, inviting, and lively setting for a fantastic meal. The food is described as absolutely incredible, with every dish being a masterpiece of authentic taste that transports diners to the streets of Mumbai.

Standout dishes include the proper OG Triple Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice, also called the Chicken Triple, which is legit and a pure comfort food with rice, noodles, chicken, omelette, and delicious Manchurian gravy. The Chicken 65, Chicken Lollipop, Schezwan rice, Schezwan noodles, and both Hot n Sour and Manchow soup are all praised as amazing, flavorful, and the best ever. The Veg Crispy with Manchurian balls and dishes like Paneer Chilli and Veg Manchurian are also delicious with perfectly spicy, tangy, and flavorful sauces. Portions are really good and very decently priced.

It is an awesome food truck experience with excellent food quality, though it offers outdoor seating only. The chefs are very good about accommodating requested spice levels. While some minor suggestions for improvement are noted, the overall experience is definitely worth the stop and the ride, making it a highly recommended place for Indo-Chinese food.
