Jessica greeted us warmly as we walked in. Cozy spot for the 3 of us. Service was immediate. Decent service. Okay food. Had a cheeseburger and fries and Dix breakfast. Fries were good and hot. Burger was good. Breakfast meal was okay. Could have been hotter. Restroom area smelled like sewer and dirty dishes piled up near restrooms.

I enjoyed the hashbrowns. I have been twice and it’s decent although doesn’t open until 10 am. So far been twice and not really a repeatable spot mainly due to pricing for breakfast was mighty steep at ~$40-50 just for basically what you see for two people and coffee.
