Two hours, no update, won't answer phone, can't even cancel an order???? Come on, we know there are issues today, but if you can't deliver then maybe let us know and don't just take the money!
I ordered ahead to have pizzas delivered to my son's birthday party today. When they weren't there fifteen minutes after I expected them, I called and was told they didn't even leave the store until after the time they were supposed to arrive and they should be there soon. I should have known them that there would be a huge problem. They never came.
