“I just went to the sonic on loop 288. I just wanted to give the carhop saila a big shoutout. She was very sweet and very kind. She was filled with enough joy to share to others. I continued to sit and eat and the energy still remains. Definitely the kind of person to turn a bad day to a great one !“
“I visited during happy hour from 2pm to 4pm, when soft drinks are half price.
It seems that window orders were down, and there were a lot of cars waiting to order. I had a mobile order, so the wait was long, but I was able to receive the food I ordered. The staff seemed to be having a hard time going to the car and handwriting the order. The staff did not complain even though it was hot outside and responded with a smile even though it was difficult. The staff were very nice. 5 stars for the service staff! !
I will come again to buy Sonic food.“
“Food at this location is always fresh. They don't over cook the chicken like a lot of other sonics do. The service first thing in the morning is always filled with smiling happy people. I can't help but be in a little bit better of a mood when I leave this location. Thank you for having such a good team!“

I had an order mix up and received the wrong items. This will happen from time to time and they didn't choose me because of a bad hair day or anything. I politely brought it to their attention. Immediately the manager was at my car apologizing and making things right. It reminded me of customer service how it used to be when customer satisfaction was goal number one. They keep a customer as a result.“
“Fast and friendly! I'll say that at least twice I've pulled up and the kiosk wouldn't be working, no big deal, that's my luck to pull into the broken ones haha how it is sometimes but otherwise always get my food quick and with a smile.“
“I asked for someone who was not sight impaired to come and help me download the app because when it came to, I am not a robot, it made me prove it too many times and did not accept my picks of pics. I had to download the app because the TV ad I saw for the discount of half price shake when you buy one was not available unless you ordered it through the app. The girl came out, overcame the obstacles And jumped through the electronic hoops that would take me way too long and make me lose my patience.
Parking: I'm laughin' a li'l bit because while it's free parking, it's not free parking, bcoz if you're parking in a space, they do expect you to buy some food because it's a drive-restaurant , with individual menu boards and speakers per parking space, so you kinda hafta....
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots, a couple of ramps to get up on the sidewalk to go enjoy the small shaded patio dining area“
