“The commitment the staff makes towards the customer is impeccable. Reassuring that we are recognized when the lobby is full and employees are working. Shoutout the coolers in back making sure the food turns out more than fine when knowing they’ll close soon or when rush hour kicks in.

“Stopped in today on my break. My card continued to decline, despite having the funds available to cover my meal. The cashier Steven, was very friendly & patient with me while I tried to figure out the issue.
The manager Esmeralda, stepped in and as I was going to just leave the restaurant, she insisted I still took the food I ordered stating “I’m not going to let you miss out on lunch”. Truly, she literally has no idea how much her generosity touched my heart today! I’m beyond appreciative for her kindness & wholeheartedly send my thanks!!!
I frequent this location in the evenings with my child, and the food is always fresh and on point, but today, everything was taken to another level!!!!
