“Had a lay over at Dallas Airport. At first we were not happy because Our flight out was downstairs by D2 . We totally enjoy the wonderful waitress who greeted us right away. The food was ordered from Trinty Groves Kithen and sent directly to us very quickly. My husband had Cuban Torta and I had the grilled salmon sandwich, both of them were amazing and the French fries were so crispy and good. This is a Dallas Airport treasure that is very hidden. It was so nice to sit in peace and quiet, with not the bumping of people and the craziness. It was wonderful and like I said awesome waitress Laura so friendly and efficient. Relaxing atmosphere.“

“8.14.2025 - I've eaten at Blaze Pizza a number of times but my Army battle buddy had never so, we shared a pizza. I like mine with the spicy marinara sauce, pepperoni, pineapples, arugula, spinach, green bell peppers, and three types of cheese. She added chicken and mushrooms. After it came out, I added the garlic oil. I of course loved it because it was spicy but I removed the mushrooms. She ate it but didn't care for the spiciness of it and she removed the bell peppers and pineapples.

We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“We have been dining at this wonderful family-owned business for for 12 years now. As we have moved farther and farther away, we still make our way over there periodically because their margherita pizza is our all-time favorite. Tonight we went back for first time in over a year and the owner pulled me aside and asked if she could speak to me. She said the last time we were in there (again, over a year ago) they had accidentally mixed up our check with another table and over-charged us by $12.62. She even showed me the checks that she had saved, knowing we would be back. She credited our meal back what we had over-paid a year ago. Y’all! This does not happen! We will always be loyal customers, even though we currently have to drive an hour to get there. Oh! And you can’t go wrong with the margherita pizza (or the spinach ravioli)!“

“Came in here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was empty but I cannot understand why - the pizza here was delicious. We also had the garlic cheese bread that was delicious as well. The gentleman working was very kind and friendly as well and of course our service was very quick. I’d definitely recommend if you’re in the area.“

“Best pizza in Irving in terms of taste, quality of ingredients, and freshness. We've been ordering the large with double cheese and mushrooms for several years. It took a few servings to get used to the rectangular shape of the slices. It's been consistently good.
The fellow who took our phone order spoke clearly, recapped the order to ensure he got it right. Very professional. When we came to pick it up, it was ready as promised. Parking is convenient and plentiful.“

It was your average everyday cheese steak which was a nice change since lots of places try to sneak in weird stuff like Gouda Cheese or allio mayonnaise. Service was friendly. It had the feel of an easy coast pizza joint and made for a relaxing lunch. Now if there was a jukebox, 5 stars.“

“I like to come here whenever I am in town. The pizza is next to perfect for me. I have tried a lot of pizza joints. No one can make a deep dish pizza that doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth. This place has consistently cooked up the perfect pizza for me each time I come here. Not too crusty, not too doughy, not too saucy, not too cheesy, full of toppings, with a mild seasoning that brings the tastes together. “This is THE best Cici’s location I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked inside, I received a friendly welcoming greeting, checkout process is quick and efficient. Everything is ran so smoothly, food is constantly being prepared and is hot, fresh and ready to go. Salad bar has los of fresh vegetables and toppings to choose from. Pizzas are delicious, the dough is perfectly cooked and toppings to crust ratio is perfect. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and are always ready to make whatever pizza you’d like to request. Drink selection is great, from soft drinks to iced tea and even slushies and lemonade. Overall, great restaurant, and includes an arcade. Restaurant and restrooms are very clean. “I grew up in NY and anytime anyone claims to serve NY style anything i always feel obligated to try it and see. This place is the real deal. Tried the Stromboli today and it was fantastic! “Always easy to find parking, hardly ever a line to get in, and always easy to find seating. I’m disappointed that they don’t provide newer menu items on the buffet line and now require you to pay extra on top of the buffet price. The arcade area isn’t well-separated from the cafeteria and a manager had to escort a few teenagers out the last time we visited. It’s usually not an issue though.“
