Dirtiest Starbucks I have seen in a few Months. You can see the PPL there hates what they are doing and it shows. They should find another job. My food was cold but thanks god the Coffee was good.

Good coffee but did not let me use a reusable cup. This is a low bar that should be met by all food service companies. Please give your employees to do make a small waste reduction effort.

I visit a Starbucks at least twice a day and I have to say this is the worst service I ever had. They acted like it was a total inconvenience that we were even there. The other customers that were waiting and I were talking about it because I thought maybe it was just me lol. None of us felt welcome.

Not a happy place. I walked around the corner and entered the que, and the first thing that struck me was none of the 6 or so employees were smiling. The employees taking orders, too; no smiles!! The atmosphere was "this is not a happy place".The main lady at the register has no customer service skills. An older lady before me of limited means ordered a coffee. She fumbled around with the payment. My mother is older, so I'm patient. The lady taking her order asked if "she wanted room"... Like room in her coffee to add milk or something. The older lady didn't immediately respond, so the lady asked again. It seemed obvious to me the older lady wasn't a frequent Starbucks patron and didn't understand what the cashier meant. Unfortunately, the cashier didn't have the same impression and didn't stray from her "script" to accommodate the older lady. The older lady asked for something, and the main lady, who was helping another customer on the other register turned to the older lady and said "we just opened and don't have any" (seemed like change?). Her tone wasn't friendly... Just "matter of fact". A "matter of fact" attitude delivers a very poor customer experience.I have a flight to catch, so I cannot relay the very poor customer experience I had with the main lady!My drink order was incorrect. I don't know if the main cashier who I had an unpleasant exchange with made an honest mistake or was paying me back for not allowing her to mistreat me, a paying customer.The Barista, much older than the rest of the employees, was the only friendly one. She wore a mask, but, from the sound of her voice, I could tell she was wearing a smile.Whoever manages this store needs to find another job! With one exception to the early morning crew, they are not hiring customer-friendly people. They are also failing to coach / train the crew to deliver positive customer experiences with every encounter.I was there at 5:40 Sunday morning. From a customer experience perspective, the time is irrelevant. I used to regularly visit a Starbucks at 5:15 am, and that TEAM was friendly and engaging.DFW is in the South, but this Starbucks has no "Southern Hospitality".

Lazy workers who took 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. They were not understaffed. They took their time talking behind counter to each other with only one other customer. Don’t go here if you are in a rush or looking for good customer service.

I went to a starbucks in the airport close to my gate and waiting very patiently in like behind a few other people, then order a venti drink with a cake pop. i didn't ask for my recipe because i didn't think i would need it. as soon as i got out of line to wait for my order, i heard them call out my name only to see a cake pop and a grande sized drink. as it wasn't a huge deal, i politely told the worked that i had ordered a venti and not a grande. another one of the worked quickly looked at the label on the drink, and pushed the drink towards me in a very rude manor. she then urged me to "get back in line and repurchase my drink if it was that big of a deal" I was flabbergasted by a grown woman's behavior over a drink, and just decided to leave. Never have i ever seen such disrespect in any food chain industry in my life. starbucks do better.

Ordered an egg muffin and was it was given to me completely cold. Also ordered and was charged with a siracha sauce they offered me. When I asked for it, one of the servers said in a mocking voice “sowee my bad no more” and I stated that I’d paid for it and they refused to refund me or offer me a solution.

Mohammed was our barista. He was an angel and helped me get coffee for my parents quickly and graciously, while balancing the needs of his coworkers. He did phenomenal.

I ordered a pink beverage grande without ice and they came back with a glass full to 1/3 (the narrow part) because of the ice missing, half of that was foam, it felt utterly meager and embarrassing, never ever will buy in that Starbucks again

My friend ordered me a couple items here at Gate B12 of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. I got an iced green tea lemonade, which was real refreshing! The other part of the order was supposed to be a turkey pesto sandwich, which they didn't have. However, in place of this the nice male worker gave me a spinach feta wrap, a Blueberry scone and a petite vanilla scone. This totally was great service and more than made up for not having the item in the app!!! All was so good! The restaurant was cool and clean! Will definitely come back through here again!
