The female staff who prepared coffee lied about the hot matcha latte content. My large matcha contained little matcha powder, instead of the 5 spoons I paid for. The drink was pale and poorly frotted. This person did not ask any questions, or offer another drink. She just hesitated after a while of thinking and staring at this poorly made beverage, she mumbled : “yes.” That was all. i didn’t catch her name but the woman that helped me this morning around 4:15 was very sweet. my order was ready in the blink of an eye, but her friendliness was more touching. nice to come by when you’re stuck at the airport.
Ordered three Capuccinos just now. They were all watery/flavorless. We went back only to be asked where we were from? What? Didn’t offer to change them, just stood there looking at us.
