“Hill Country Tasting Room is a cute bar with a fantastic atmosphere and super friendly staff. We rented out the venue for a party and couldn’t be happier with how it went. Everyone had a great time and the HCTR staff made sure it went off without a hitch. We will definitely be back!“

“We are from the Houston area where you can't swing a dead cat without hitting a brewery. Acopon is a true gem, as they always have something for anyone's thirst palette. They have quite the variety, and everything tastes delicious! There is always something new to try, along with classic favorites!“
“Great kid and dog friendly brewery!! First time visiting today. Meet up with multiple families. Lots of shade and tables, fun playscape and plenty of room to run. Big perk..you can bring your own snacks! They also had a food truck on site and some snack food for purchase. Grounds and bathrooms were super clean. Great staff! Will be back. :)“

“I really liked this place! Amazing beer, especially the hazy one! Very deep dense taste, and color???… A very professional approach is felt! It is with the soul and knowledge, as well as love for their work. Using the best quality ingredients. It was like nothing to me!Despite the rainy Saturday, there was amazing live music-guitar. It was wonderful.And I also want to mention the head chef Max! An incredibly radiant person! And what delicious burgers he cooked personally and brought them to his guests! It costs so much!!! Thanks to him!My son Max, 11, and daughter Marianne, 5, were delighted! It was so delicious! The most delicious burgers, they told me, and they are still the same.We also had time to watch our favorite football (of course, HOOK ‘em HORNS ?????) (the very beginning, and yet ☺️!!!).I would recommend this place with the most beautiful territory in any weather! Clean air, and somehow everything feels right, exactly the way it should)! Such a mood of the place!!!“

“If you’re staying in Wimberley, do yourself a favor and stay here. My husband and I were very pleased with the hospitality and the location was great. It is centrally located in the heart of Wimberley. Everything was walking distance so we were able to eat, drink and enjoy the area. It was a great way to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary.“

“what a Super place for a gathering. Fantastic beers and food. Great Paninis, Pizzas, Garlic Knots, etc. Occasionally Crawfish Boils with the trimmings. Car Show gatherings monthly and most if all, Great bands on their stage. Don't forget weekly entertainment and Music Bingo every Saturday nite. What a fun place to come to....“
“Met up with a couple buddies last night at a One Shot Distillery in Dripping Springs, TX. It just so happened apparently be THE local watering hole for the best competition shooters, snipers, ex-operators, and long range precision enthusiasts in the country.Heavy hitters.It looked like a victory scene from a Michael Bay movie.Had a few cigars by the bonfire and listened to these dudes tell some pretty incredible stories.Phenomenal beer. One Shot knows their stuff.The owner was the nicest guy and took exceptional care of us.Great night.Awesome community.This place is quintessential Texas.“
