“This place was sooooo good. I have “The Pepe” zepp and I added grilled chicken. Wow. My hubby had the Italian stallion with no bun. His favorite part was the cheese and the ham. The cocktails were great. The bartender was very cool and fun to talk to. Then… the Belgian chocolate dessert. Best dessert I’ve ever had and we had gone to the State Fair earlier today. We came for our anniversary dinner. Absolutely recommend this place.“

“Simple sports bar with good food and the price is unmatched for Downtown Dallas average cost. A hidden gem. Staff are entertaining & not uptight. Only issue would be the occasional homeless person walking in with an attitude or moody behaviors.“

“Went there for the love island reunion s7. It was so much fun! The venue is huge, big tvs everywhere, fast service, and really good quality bar styled food. Themed cocktails for the event! Def a great place for large groups, watching sports etc. I want to go back for the next love island episodes lol this place is so cute and funny for catering to us love island fans! Take all my money idc. It’s also very clean.“

“I occasionally DJ here and since day one it's been very fun and outgoing. I'd recommend this place to anyone that wants to unwind and shoot pool, play darts, eat some great food and have some good drinks all nite long while listening to great music from myself or other djs in the house throughout the week.Hit me up if you have other questions. “Love sportsbook! Come here often to watch the World Cup games, the fights and even to just have a couple of drinks and chill. Love that they play the music during breaks/ halftimes for the games. And they also host different events like love Island, WWE, and drag shows. Food is really good also. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like and never have to wait forever for my order to come out. Highly recommend the wings, nachos and loaded fries. Ask for Esme to be your waiter. She’s quick and always makes sure you’re good the whole time. Love that they also have a big outside patio and plenty of places to sit and accommodate big groups. Definitely a place to check out!!“

“If it wasn't for the live performance by Elvis it wouldn't have been as fun. It's between the bar and the Grand stand. The parking for a handicap could have been better they had all the parking spots locked so I didn't know how to get around but I got lucky. I wasn't inside the bar. Patio outside“

“This was an amazing experience with delicious food and live piano player who was extremely talented. His range of music was incredible! Service was super duper slow .. tacos took over an hour to arrive to the table. My friends and I were regulars and today on a busy day when you should be staffed fully , it was not. The food was not that great one taco had bones. 🦴 hard pass for me!! My friends left without getting his food.“

“It's a dive bar or what I call -a little hole in the wall bar. Everyone knows everyone and my fav bartender, Nicole, is the reason I go (Mon - wed) if I go. They have karoke and pool tournaments on certain days. I feel very comfortable there. I think it's a private club so bring ur driver's license( something everyone should have)“

“I've come to this location a few times since moving to the neighborhood almost 2 months ago. I have to say, everytime I've come in, the staff is super friendly and upbeat and you can tell they enjoy the staff they work with.
Tonight I have to give a shout out to Janae that was working ToGo. I'm a server at On the Border. I know tips are key to our survival in the food chain (full pun intended!). Unfortunately, the card that my tips get deposited on screwed up and would only allow me to pay for my did, not tip. I figured....OK, maybe by the time my order is ready the rest of the funds that I'm supposed to still have will clear and I can go to the ATM and get cash to tip. 45 minutes and my funds are still on hold...... so I asked Ms. Janae when she works again so I could tip her as she should be appreciated. She smiled, told me Thursday. I asked day or night. She said night. I told her I'd come back Thursday night.
My point.....despite the fact that she saw there was no tip on the order, she still made sure my bag was packed right, I had everything I needed, and it was properly handled, AND SHE WAS STILL ALL SMILES!!! That's great service right there! I will definitely be back to show her my monetary appreciation. She is wonderful!“
