Whataburger offers great Texas fast food burgers. This new store is still getting its feet under it, with some customers experiencing waits in the drive-thru, even for basic burgers. However, the staff is described as nice, sweet, and courteous, and they have offered dessert due to long waits. The restaurant is clean, with staff observed wiping counters, and the addition of more local jobs is appreciated.
The classic Buffalo chicken sandwich with extra Buffalo is a popular choice. Salads are fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent, with staff being polite and helpful, showing they care about their job and customers. Whataburger is open 24 hours, making it convenient for early morning breakfast.
While the food is generally good, some reviews mention issues with drinks, specifically that they are always nasty and the tea is watered down. There have also been instances of long waits for online orders, with food arriving cold after a significant delay. Despite these challenges, the overall sentiment is that Whataburger is a perfect addition to the community, providing delicious food and friendly faces.
