LA Crawfish offers a mixed experience with friendly service. While some staff seemed disinterested, a kind older gentleman saved the day with great service. The food quality remains consistent across different locations, with some tasty variations on popular items. Despite some disappointments with dishes like wings and po boy, the chicken and waffles stand out as a must-try, with delicious waffles complementing the dish.
