“Well, at first I was mad cause the lady was lil rude but then I saw her doing everything!! Even taking the food out to the customers! I was like, man, poor lady ! I knew she had to be annoyed to handle all that work! Cause that is a lot of responsibility for one person! But she did it! I was going to give 5 stars, then if corporate see that they prob would not help out! She did an awesome job under pressure!! She needs a raise!“

“I got the spicy tender basket and the chicken is spicy but no flavor.
The service was Amazing and when I left the guy behind the counter said, "God bless you and have a great evening." You never hear that anymore and I want him to know he was heard and truly appreciated!! Please, keep it up!! We need more love and God in this world, that's why this country is falling apart.“

“The ONLY reason I stop at McDonalds is for quick fast food. Pulled up to order and no one recognized that I was there. I said hello and someone responded that they will be right with me. Two minutes later someone was ready to take my order. Ordered the Sausage Biscuit w/cheese and Hash Brown combo. Posted price is $2.50, plus the cheese has to be added. Pulled around to pay and the person said my total is $4.50. I asked how did he come up with that price when the board has the posted price if $2.50. I asked what the cheese cost and he said 25 or 30 cents, it is 49 cents by my receipt. Know what you order and about what it should cost. Don't pay a tip unless you choose to. Manager better get this corrected.“

Not easy ice or even a regular amount of ice but extra ice. Maybe if I select extra then I might get easy? Idk.“

“The 2 young ladies that are working there are awesome! I was greeted as I walked in, the lady asked what would I like today and started right away with making my sandwich with a huge smile and was very kind. I proceeded to pay when my card kept declining, not realizing I was using the wrong card; got nerves with the first decline and didn’t have another form of payment. The lady who was making my food; gosh I wish I was good with names because I didn’t catch it but the one who made my food told me, we can take your name/number and you can come back and pay use. I was like, ok! But as I walked away the lady said ma’am Don’t forget your food! I thought to myself I haven’t paid for the food, she says to me I don’t want u leaving without your food, just take the food and come back and pay us before 6 because that when we close. I thought that was so amazing, huge shout it to them for turning an embarrassing moment into outstanding service!!“
