It's okay, for tex-mex food. I went during lunch and despite the place not being very busy, it took a while for my food to come out. I thinks it's because they only have one cook and one server. I'm not sure if I will be going back since I feel that there are better choices closer to Fort Bliss than this restaurant.
3 stars is actually nice because I feel bad. No one was there, my order was wrong, service lack luster.And the food was sad sad sad. I use to go here all the time years ago, food was amazing. Now dried

Had never been there. Bought the chile verde plate, it was delicious, super spicy! For me anyway! The beans were good, so is the sopita that came with it? I will definitely be going back!
