“This location has the best customer service ever!!! Mark the assistant manager and Anabell served us this evening. Mark went above and beyond to explain the specials and different offers. He ensured we were doing ok and satisfied with the service and food! I asked Mark his story and it's definitely a good one!! If you want to understand the concept and delivery of customer service come to this location and ask for him!!!!Annabelle was very polite and provided excellent customer service as well!!! I mean she has a wonderful mentor she works for!!!!

“This place is always fantastic. I love the beef ribs. Potato salad and slaw are on point. Mac and cheese is solid. Service are very professional even though I'm usually covered in dirt or oil and stinky from a long day's work. I appreciate how they treat me like a working man and not like a bum. The location gives me the distinct impression this is a local staple which has withstood the test of time by sheer excellence and focus on the two things that matter most in bbq, ie the food and service. “Everything was delicious I ordered the k dog and made my rock bowl a meal so I got 3 Mandoo it was perfect the dog was half and half with regular crust it came sauced perfectly and was crispy and delicious the Mandoo were crispy and juicy and delicious and the bowl was bomb too I liked blending all the textures and flavors in my mouth with the sauces on it cabbage is awesome in there and rice and those sauced noodles are awesome and slurpy and chewy like the rice the chicken is really crunchy and good“

“It's Rudy's. Great BBQ, great sides. Never a problem, dine in or drive through. What I do love is when you ask for the condiments at the drive-thru (bread, pickles, jalapeños, etc), they give you a generous amount. It's the little things that count.“

“Was greeted enthusiastically upon entering! Haven't been to this location but have visited a Rudy's , loved it when we were stationed in TX. This def brought back good memories! The staff was helpful and nice. My ribs weren't good (very dry) but the brisket and potato salad was still on point. I didn't like the baked beans. They weren't sweet, I prefer mine sweet but the tea was sweet. The sissy sauce was sissy saucing lol. The bathroom was clean. They offer 10% military discount and 20% on a Mondays. & we bought something from the store and they don't charge tax. Overall good experience and would recommend.“

“Food was as expected for a BBQ place, I had their double meat sandwich with Pulled Pork and Brisket. I also had their beans and coleslaw which both could use some work for flavor. The meat was a little on the dry side but it also had great flavor! I recommend having a sweeter BBQ sauce along with the 2 spicy options. Definitely will be going back for another meal, you earned a starred places on my Google maps as well.“

“Came in today for the reopening and I must say I been here before and maybe this is what the bar needed the service was faster and the bartenders have way better costumer service scubba was my bartender and he was amazing food was good and just the structure is way better then before I don’t remember her name but the manager on duty was very involved and I like that and kept the staff busy must say it’s way better then before and I love it“

“This is always a great place for food. The atmosphere is nice. It's sad that they didn't have a lot of servers? There were a lot of empty tables and people were waiting to be seated... it was quiet on the afternoon we went with a group of 8. We were seated right away. Our server was so sweet and did her best to be attentive, and for the most part, she was. A few orders came out wrong, but we didn't mind. The banana pudding was awesome, and they offer a military discount.“
