Little man with the curly hair and glasses provided excellent customer service! I asked him to make me a Large Icing on the Cake shake extra thick (with extra simple syrup and marshmallow), and he did not fail to deliver! I came here in the evening in January so the ice cream store was completely empty. Overall the experience was ok, the staff wasn’t super attentive and I felt a little ignored but the food was good, it’s the same delicious basket robins ice cream. The cakes on the other hand look extremely old, I was here 2 weeks ago looking for a cake and I saw the same ones on the shelf so be aware of how old these cakes are. this place is SO good, there’s a girl that works there that always attends me, i think her name is Abril, and she’s SO nice. also the cappuchino blast is super delicious. 10/10 recommend.
