“Exactly what we needed at the moment we needed. They are super understaffed one girl serving about 20 people. If they had one more person this would have been a 5 star rating. Its not a 3 star because she kept as cool as the ice cream she was serving and kept a tally of who was coming in. One customer tried to cut in and she correct it her and asked if she could please get in line. That lady knew what she was doing and looked mad when she was put on the spot but everyone else was happy and amazed that the employee actually noticed.“

“I paid cash and the person that took my money at the cash register asked me if I wanted my change back. I took from their fridge one pre-made quart of ice-cream, that means that they wanted to keep my change as a tip for just taking the money at the register? Really?“

“Went in. Service was great! Once we sat down, we experienced an unpleasant smell. Mothers should have the access to changing tables for their babies. Lady was changing diaper on the booth and states there was no changing table in the restroom. It was an unpleasant experience. We weren’t able to fully enjoy our ice cream inside the establishment. I’ll take the mother’s word that there is no changing tables as she stated. Please install changing tables in restrooms. Mothers should have access to them and customers should be able to sit down and enjoy their ice cream.“

“THE CLEANEST BASKIN ROBBINS IN EL PASO. On my way to Chaparral to a listing appointment, I stopped to get an ice cream at the basking Robbins in the NW at Dyer since I am extra early. I was thinking that being in the NE was going to be dirty. It is the cleanest one of El Paso. It smells good and the surfaces and floors are squeaky clean. The manager was preparing the ice creams and she is super attentive and nice.“

“Great service and great ice cream! I keep seeing reviews about the scoop sizes which is confusing considering that it states on the menu board that they use small scoops for the sundaes. That being said , I always order a banana royal and have no complaints about the size or the quality! Employees are always nice!“
